IMG_1679With fall comes changing leaves, cooler air, and plenty of new ways to become fit! At Pedometers USA, we want you to succeed in whatever fitness program you may be in. That’s why we have a few recipes for healthy snacks for you to try out this autumn!

Healthy Trail Mix


1 Cup of Almonds, raw

1 Cup of dried cherries

½ Cup of dried coconut flakes, unsweetened

½ Cup of white chocolate mini chips


Mix ingredients and enjoy on the go!


Energizing Oatmeal Balls


1 Cup of dried rolled oats

2 Tbsp. of Agave Nectar

1 Cup of crushed walnuts

½ cup of raisins


Mix ingredients into a medium sized bowl by hand, and roll into about an inch in diameter sized balls. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Enjoy when you’re in a rush and need a boost on your way!


Krunchy Kale Chips


1 head of Kale, washed and dried

1 Tbsp. of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper to taste


Wash and dry kale. Cut into chip pieces, place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and drizzle with olive oil. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Add salt and pepper for taste, and eat at your leisure!
